Went here on a recommendation. The care I received from Scott was friendly and professional. Inspection was right on point. Actual cost came in way below estimate. I'll now be recommending this place as well.

I found precision by doing a google search when my car needed to be fixed for the same problem after having been "fixed' by other mechanics before. The people here actually worked to find the real problem with my car instead of putting a band aid on it like other places did. I feel I can trust precision to be honest with me about all of my cars needs. I have also never once felt like a "little lady" coming into the shop, a feeling I think a lot of women experience. I will be taking my car to precision from here on out!!

My experiences with Precision Automotive Service has been entirely favorable. They have performed many services on my 2012 Honda Civic. On one occasion everything with a repair gone wrong. Not because of Precision but because the new components were poorly manufactured. These failed. Precision promptly ordered new parts, loaned me a car, and replaced the failed components. All without additional cost to me. Precision seeks to build long term relationships with their clients and they have been successful with me.

Second time I have brought my vehicle here and have very satisfied both times, I would definitely recommend.

I am eager to highly recommend Precision Auto. My first visit has secured Precision Auto as my auto service center of choice! I was impressed with how honest, forthright and professional my service adviser, Scott was in providing a thorough inspection of my Subaru as well as helping me to address issues related to shocks and wheel alignment. I was especially impressed by the fact that Scott did not pressure me into costly repairs but advised me regarding the best course of action. AWESOME!

Went in to get an assessment for a oil leak. Excellent service. The assessment was very thorough. Great customer service.
