The staff at Precision was excellent. I towed in my 1991 Eagle Talon (it was not running at the time) and they helped me push it off the tow dolly and into the shop. They were pleasant through the entire process. The staff updated me throughout the entire repair (what's happening each day, where the parts are, when they will arrive, the costs involved, options, etc). They even applied a state employee discount for me which really helped. I am extemely pleased with the customer service that I was provided. They even washed and detailed the inside/outside of my car and sent me away with some candy. Although my repair costs were very high (due to the nature of the repair) the staff at Precision made it as painless as possible. I will definitely recommend this shop to all my friends. I believe that these employees can be trusted. My only complaint is that there was a small nick in the leather on my steering wheel that was not there when I brought it in but I know that sometimes small accidents happen and I have no hard feelings about it. I have been using Precision for all my automobile repairs since the mic-80's. Their mechanics "rock". Never been dissatisfied with a job; minor or major. They are customer oriented and always look out for your driving safety. You cannot go wrong going to Precision Automotive. Rick, Greg and Lindsay are tremendous. Feels like family.
