I normally never write a review for anyone, I think this experience I had is very much worth it. I recently brought in my car for engine repair, ended up needing a replacement motor. This is some thing that I already assumed when dropping the vehicle off. I just want to say, the amount of expertise, resourcefulness, and extreme dedication to detail have been unmatched in my experience. I brought them an unrealistically difficult car to deal with, and when I got it back, it was better than ever! Thank you to everyone at Precision Automotive Service, you have earned a customer for life!

Thank you for fixing my A/C!! The mechanic who works there worked DILIGENTLY to get my A/C working. It was much needed in this scorching hot weather. He kept working at it until it worked. I liked that Precision Automotive did a great job on my car and listed the issues I must address. I would have appreciated if I knew the costs of the needed services. I had requested the list from Gonzalo, but so far, I’ve heard nothing.

Highly recommend this shop and working with service advisor Gonzalo. I brought in my 14 Ram 2500 Cummins for some potential transfer case/driveshaft issues, after searching for a good shop that actually had experience working on these trucks or turbo diesels in general. From the initial call to ask for appointment availability, Gonzalo was very knowledgeable and helpful. At the time of my call, they were booked out for a few days, I was in no rush but in order for a shop to be booked out a couple days they must be doing something right. Only suggestion would be to plan ahead in case they are booked out a few days out. They provided a thorough inspection report, very detailed with pictures which was very cool, helpful to track items that may need maintenance in the near future. They had my truck in and out within a couple of days, items that needed to be repaired were less minor than what I had expected, which was great news that they did not try to charge me for things I did not need. I was extremely satisfied not only with the service but Gonzalo’s customer service. 0 hesitation my truck will always come here for anything it needs down the line or any other vehicle I own.

Will definitely be taking my car here for any future issues. 3 separate shops either couldn't figure out what was wrong and tried to upsell me to fix things I didn't need, or just flat out said they couldn't find anything wrong. This place didn't find the problem at first glance, but instead of giving up they took a closer look and figured out the issue and fixed it. Much appreciated.
