My SUV needed a major repair with the gas tank after being vandalized. Spoke to Scott and he helped me in details what is really going on with my SUV. I have never been to a workshop that is very informative and details about a car. They also listen to my concerns and willing to help what is my priority according to my fund to fix my SUV. All staffs are polite and helpful. It is also very close from where I live so it is a bonus.

Polite and prompt. Only delay was trying to find the vague noise I reported. I saved money because my car did not require the expensive repair that I feared. Whew!

They did a real good job and they took their time make sure it’s right and fix things I didn’t know about that’s why I’m going back to them when I need more work on my car because they take pictures and they show you the problem I’ll place it on you do that but I will definitely use them again

Thank you to Rick, the Owner, for his hands on approach and complete oversight of the services his company provides. In addition, thank you to all staff that were part of the complimentary diagnostics performed on our vehicle. The reports are thorough and concise, completed with pictures. I know more about my vehicle than ever before. I feel confident making Precision Automotive the go to for all of our Automotive Needs, its a Grade A Shop!!!

I’ve used Precision for many years, and they earn my repeat business each time. They are trustworthy in every sense of the word, and that’s been difficult to come by in some of my past dealings with auto shops. They are very reasonable priced, friendly, respectful and do great work. Can’t say enough good things about them. They’re the only shop I use for all our vehicles.
