Sacramento Auto Repair

I had my 2000 GMC pickup towed to Precision Automotive because the engine overheated while driving to work. I called to ask if they could accept the truck for repair and they told me yes and they would call me when the tow truck showed up. As expected they called and they would look at it. I received a detailed phone call as to what they were going to do to diagnose the problem and they did. The next call was to explain what happened and what repairs needed to be made as well as cost. I gave go ahead on repair and they completed the repairs. Once they were done I received a text message of the detailed inspection and repairs along with pictures to show me what was wrong. Followed up with a phone call and t truck was completed. Kudos to these folks...from my experience they were honest and straightforward with great communication.

customer service was wonderful. The car was test driven to confirm the problems. Everything that was needed to repair the vehicle was explained to me. I would take my car to them in the future.

Background: my AC in my Fiesta had been blowing out hot air then a little cold then back to hot. I originally took my car to Future Ford of Sacramento, and they told me that my AC Compressor needed replacing. They also told me I needed to replace the expansion valve, dryer and seals. They wanted $1800 to replace all of those parts. I wanted to get a second opinion. Precision Automotive Service was well reviewed online so I made an appointment to get it checked out. Not only was the problem not the AC Compressor or those other things. It was the cooling fan motor. So happy I found these guys. They gave me a great deal and even gave me a ride back to my place all the way across town. I’m so happy to have found them. Will be getting all of my car’s services done here from now on.
