Was quoted 2 hours labor to diagnose a drivability issue that I had no clue what was going on, and I have been in the auto repair industry over 40 years. After spending probably twich that time running tests and programming updates (at no additional charge) they diagnosed the issue. Parts secured and repair completed within 2 days, truck has never run so we'll. Gave me a detailed report of additional issues to be addressed as I see fit...no sales pressure. A true pleasure to work with consummate professionals. Scott and Rick were incredible.

Service was as usual fast and courteous

My experience with Percision was exceptional. They gave me a ride home and picked me up when my car was completed. On top of that they wash the inside and the outside and repaired the car and replace the tires for a very reasonable price. Everybody there was very Friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this company. Anybody that’s been in the business for 28 years is doing a great job.

Great communication and honest. I feel precision is honest and while nobody likes spending money to fix vehicles, the team does look after your best insterest. I will always use for my car care needs.

This team went above and beyond for customer service. Offered me to take 1 of their cars for the day while they work on mine. Had someone take me to work for free while car was being worked on. Even took my car to the car wash and vacuumed it before returning it to me. As much as I hate having car trouble, I am so glad to have these guys to turn to in my time of need.
