I was blown away by an amazing service I received at Precision auto , right from the start when I spoke to Rick Norton on the phone in regards to an issue I had with my 03’ Chevy Diesel. He was able to asses the problem over the phone, since I’m a contractor and relit heavily on my truck, Rick was able to understand my situation and took my truck in within a few days. Other mechanic shops wanted me to wait for upwards of 2 weeks, I am very fortunate I was able to come across Rick and his team. They resolved my issue and got me back on the road within a week, along the way they were able to recommend other issues as well , and they took care of them with a reasonable costs. Prices are amazing, service is superb. I really felt like a first class human being, working with Precision Automotive. There’s no reason to go anywhere else , I am a customer for life. Thank you very much Precision Automotive Service.
