Lindsay gave us excellent service, we were extremely grateful and pleased. I literally could not believe how efficient and dedicated the service was.

The repairs on my car were done in a timely and very fairly priced manner. I went there because they are AAA approved and I'm glad that I did. I highly recommend Precision Automotive.

When you read reviews if the person likes the shop most of them say the normal things like nice people, good shop or things like that. Now I know I've been taking my autos to different shops around Sacramento for a long time and there is nothing more satisfying than having knowledgeable auto people that treat you with respect. I believe that the People at Precision are very knowledgeable and what makes it even better is that they explain the issues in terms everyone can understand. No one likes to pay for repairs (do they) but it is necessary if you want your car to last you have to take care of it. The staff at Precision can help you do that in a way that will extend the life of your car or truck! Give them a try the next time you have an issue you will not be disappointed with their service and staff!

I have already refereed another customer to you guys, you are straight forward and feel like you work for the little guy, not common for a lot of shops, especially a shop with a reputation such as yours..

I am a fairly new customer to Precision Automotive but the quality of customer care and service that I have received has been outstanding. I recently took my Toyota Camry in for repair but then I received a call from Lindsey stating that they needed to order a part and that they were going to have to keep my car longer than they anticipated. Because of this inconvenience Precision Automotive loaned me a car. I did not have to bum rides or be stranded at home and I was able to carry on with my day. When my car was ready for pick up not only had it been repaired to my satisfaction but it had been washed and vacuum. I was shocked to say the least. I have taken my car to other repair shops and never received this kind of treatment. Precision Automotive is AWESOME and I highly recommend them.

Very caring! My mothers Honda Accord had some issues. ..lol..I should have taken it to them sooner! ! I am so grateful and appreciate them so much for everything! Words i can say aren't enough.
