Theres no other shop in Sacramento that can beat the service you will get at this auto repair shop. If I were to write everything great about this shop I would be writing a novel!!! Marks great and his really welcoming Mom he has working in the office is very involved in making your service there smooth and professional. They make a great team! Just if you havmce car issues dont go anywhere else, go here. Im just trying to save you a lot of trouble like I had before finding Mark at Precision. Hes located off of 47th so dont get confused with all the other similiar named businesses. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can't say enough great things about Precision Automotive Service! I've taken my car there several times, and every experience has been exceptional. Mark and the entire team consistently go above and beyond to help their customers. What I appreciate most is their honesty and willingness to explain everything. They solved a simple issue by letting me know I just needed a new charging cord for my CarPlay to work properly, saving me a lot of frustration. On another visit, another shop had me worried that I needed a new transmission, but Precision Automotive Service took the time to diagnose the problem correctly and found that all I needed was a seal replaced. That kind of integrity is hard to find. I also really appreciated receiving a detailed vehicle health inspection report. It gave me peace of mind and helped me understand the overall condition of my vehicle without feeling pressured into unnecessary repairs. Mark and the rest of the staff are always friendly, welcoming, and professional. It's comforting to know I have an auto repair shop I can trust. I didn't buy the Vet thank to your expert analysis at precision. I'm looking at another one in Fresno. A bit far to get your advice on unfortunately. But it is much lower miles and being sold on a Lexus dealer lot so fewer red flags. Thanks again for your help!

Percision worked on my 2005 Jeep, replaced the radiator and water pump. We put it on a stress test; pulling our tab trailer through Death Valley, and through Nevada to Zion National Park, UT. running great. Thank you Percision!

Staff is wonderful, mechanics are top notch. Price is fair. I found my new mechanics and will definitely recommend them. They get quite busy so make an appointment.

I have always had a pleasant experience with Precision Automotive Service since finding them about two years ago. They are honest and fairly reasonable cost wise. They do get busy so I try to bring my car in as early as possible. I do highly recommend them.

Hands down best shop ever. We love Jessica and the lead tech. Honest and always informative. They won’t leave anything left to question and they will send you a whole estimate with a prioritized list of work etc so you can pick and choose this and that so you don’t have to do it all at once. There’s a reason they been there for so long so go find out what a reputable honest and fair shop is.

We had custom brakes installed on our SUV, the work was done professionally and quickly. Communication was great and they kept us informed throughout the process. We're very happy with their service.
