Very Impress with the professionalism right from the moment go, I was greeted with a pleasant smile and very welcoming greeting and I was attended to straight away. Dropped my car to have my brakes and rotors replaced plus changing transmission fluid and was given a courtesy ride home. While I was waiting at home I was constantly updated with the diagnostics report on my car on what needed doing and what I could wait for a later date for repairs, my rear brake pads and rotors needed replacing, I knew that when I took the car in but Scott advised me that my front brake pads would last me another 5K miles and didn't need replacing, there was no hard selling of work that could wait a few months. Scott did a good job by sending me pictures and videos of my car showing all the work that was being done to it. Finally when the work was done a courtesy ride pulled up in front of my house to take me back to the garage to have my car picked up, how convenient. Well done Precision you certainly know the value of a customer.

I’ve been going to Precision for all my auto repairs for over a decade. I have never found a more honest auto repair shop anywhere. They act with integrity, and they have good pricing as well. From my first appointment with them, I’ve never even considered using anyone else.

I took my 2007 Toyota Camry to get the engine diagnosed. I was assisted by Scott and staff who were very professional, gave a detailed report with pictures, making the experience very thorough with all questions and concerns being met. I got their honest opinions without being mislead into spending tons of money. I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family who maybe in need of any auto services in the future.
