Highest praise for Scott and Mathias who helped us save thousand of dollars with the expert diagnosis of a check engine light on our 2017 Ford Edge. They found the problem quickly and reported to us that we had a crack in one of our cylinders and that was causing radiator fluid leaking into the cylinder. This caused the miss firing of the spark plug and resulting the engine light to come on. We were expecting the worst, a expensive repair in the thousands to replace the engine. Well we couldn't believe it, but they informed us that it would be totally covered by a dealership warranty through Ford Motor Company and there would be no charge. Great service for this first time customer that will be taking all our vehicles to Precision Automotive Service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
