Precision was able to fit me in right away, and Scott was super professional and friendly. They sent me pics and info on my car so I knew any problems it had, what they were doing, and potential problems in the future. Friendly and fast. I will be a customer of Precision for now on!

Thank you so much to Scott and everyone else at Precision Automotive Service. My starter went out which was weird because my car is a 2016. Scott went above and beyond in explaining what happened and what needed to be fixed. I really appreciated the detailed summary of the inspection results. My latest experience with Precision Automotive in Sacramento was outstanding in all respects. I am quite attached to my 2003 Ford Thunderbird and it is in good hands with Rick, Scott and their team. A few months ago, they did a rebuild of my car’s coolant system; this time they did the same for the suspension system, replacing parts that have been on the road for over 175,000 miles.
