The guys at Precision are amazing! I took a used vehicle here to make sure it checked out before I purchased it, which is right up their alley. They went through the vehicles systems, and emailed me the results quickly, which even included video snippets so I could 'see' the issue. I am confident in their abilities. They are professional, friendly, clean, and accommodating! I couldn't be more pleased with the service.

Every time I do business with Precision Automotive the people are very friendly and upfront about the costs. They don't pressure me into having work done immediately if it can be postponed to a later date. They are also very conveniently located from my home. I'm glad I have made the switch to Precision Auto and will remain with them in the future. I already told several people about the shop. They are professional and super friendly. The owner Rick, Scott and Jessica are so helpful with great customer service. The shop is great and even though I did not meet the mechanics you get the feeling they are just like Rick and Scott. Car repairs are stressful. The atmosphere and professionalism of the staff make such ordeals tolerable. My car was serviced on Tuesday and I drove it to So. CA. Thursday. Smooth sailing the entire way I have found my new shop.
