I had to spend close to $4,000 on my 2003 Ford Thunderbird to get the engine cooling system completely refurbished. Even though some parts are difficult to find for my 17-year-old car which they stopped making 15 years ago, the work was completed in just one week. From start to finish, my service consultant, Scott, and his staff treated me with courtesy and professionalism. Scott called me almost daily to give me a progress report and to advise me of anything unexpected that had been found as they worked on my car. They even provided transportation for me from my home to their facility 12 miles away. The result of this superior level of service, plus the fact that my luxury sports car is running like new, is that I am now a “raving fan” of Precision Automotive! I will never take my TBird anywhere else for service. In short: Scott & his team didn’t just meet my expectations; they EXCEEDED them!!

I waited for my oil change and tire rotation. The staff was very courteous and professional as I waited in the lobby for my vehicle. As they keep me abreast of the service being performed.

If you're the type who is always looking to save a buck, this might not be the place for you. However, if you're looking for excellent customer service, a thorough inspection of your vehicle, a high level of technical expertise, and reasonable pricing, I would highly recommend that you check this place out. Courteous even in light of my recently cancelling two appointments, providing shuttle service, and detailing my car after the repairs for the app't I DID honor were accomplished, resulted in a very pleasant overall experience, and if my primary mechanic is not available for some reason, these guys are at the top of my list for auto repairs both big and small.
