Rick and the service team at Precision Auto gave me a great experience. I brought my Mercedes ML 350 in with a check engine light. They performed a comprehensive inspection with photographs of specific parts and break downs and sent all the information to my phone so I could review the findings in real time. They answered all my questions patiently and provided multiple options for me to make an informed decision. More importantly they treated me with respect and as a 16 year veteran of the Army for me that is really what counts. I highly recommend them if your looking for a mechanic.
