When I took my car there to have the work done, I was updated with a text message progress report and a phone call to confirm completion of the work. Fantastic customer service. Great, friendly, thorough communication both on the phone and in person. I appreciated all the welcoming aspects of their service, such as a shuttle to work, a welcome bag with a coupon, candy and raffle, and overall a fantastic, detailed report and service on my car. One of the friendliest, and most professional mechanic visits I have ever had. I was so impressed.

You got my truck fixed quickly so I did not have to wait a long time. It was nice to see that the labor was less than the parts which I find is not the usual thing with vehicles.

My 2005 Excursion stopped running. Precision did a very thorough diagnostic and gave a great estimate for repairs. The cost was reasonable.

Precision took the time to find a problematic oil leak in a timely manor. Eric
